How much time should I allow for my wedding invitations?
As much as possible, ideally start getting quotes and chatting to invitation suppliers around the 6 month mark. For details on our current timing please refer to the 'Ordering'.
Should I order extra invitations for spares?
Definitely. We advise ordering at least 5 – 10 additional invitations or cards to allow for errors by your calligrapher or any last minute guests! We recommend ordering the extras in your first batch.
Can you print my guests names on my invitations and place cards?
Yes. Please make sure you personalise your invitations when ordering. Whilst placing an order online, you will need to fill out a corresponding customisation form before the order can be completed. You should supply us with a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. You can download a template of the spreadsheet here. Or alternatively we can email you a copy. If you are choosing to have a custom design, we will email you a spreadsheet template. If you aren't sure call us first!
Can you print my guests names on the envelopes?
Yes, We are able to offer this service. All envelope printing is in the font corresponding to your invitation choice. In a day and age where most mail is now bills may we also suggest a beautifully handwritten/calligraphy envelope might be a suitable alternative and will stand out amongst the standard mail.
How long will it take to get my invitations/thank you cards?
Approximately 3-6 weeks after approval of your proofs you will receive your stationery. For details on current timing please refer to 'Ordering'.
Can you deliver Internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping. If you an overseas customer wanting to purchase products, please email us to receive a shipping estimate before placing your order. All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.
I like one of your designs but am having different flowers, can you do the same design with a different image?
No. But if you were after a custom designed invitation, please send us an email or give us a call and we can give you a personalised quote.
Can I have one of your designs but in a different colour?
Yes. Each product will have a colour option and additional pricing for you to select from.
Are envelopes included in your prices?
Yes. All envelopes come with a standard white envelope in the corresponding size. We also believe most people have a personal preference to colour with envelopes, so we have a range of different coloured shimmer envelopes which can be purchased separately or alternatively you can buy your own from a reputable merchant.
Are your designs professionally printed?
Yes. All of our designs are printed on a commercial digital press. They are not produced on a home printer or colour photocopier. This is why it takes a little longer to print your order.
What is the difference between Knight, Shimmer and Hard Cover?
Knight is our house stock which is a high quality smooth white card stock.
Shimmer is a high quality white card stock with a subtle shimmer or sparkle to it when you move it in the light, it feels slightly textured to touch. Hard Cover is our thickest design which uses heavy duty card covered in luxurious handmade paper of your choice. Please note whilst all of our standard card stock is white we can print any colour from our chart onto it. All of our designs are printed as per the colour samples on screen, so white is also a custom colour in some instances as we would need to adjust the design to have a white background. If you would like the background to be the white of the paper stock, please stipulate this when filing in your details for colours.
Do you send out samples?
Yes. Please email us regarding specific samples or you can purchase one of our sample packs here.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes! We have a showroom available to view by appointment in Northfield, South Australia. Just 15 minutes north of the Adelaide CBD. Our online boutique is also our showroom! All of our current wedding invitation and stationery designs are displayed in our collections at www.bluebellestudio.com.au. If however you see a design in our gallery or on one of our social media pages that isn't available on our online store, please contact us.

Can I submit images of my wedding, party or celebration for your gallery?
Yes, we'd love you too! If you have photos from your special day to share, we’d be delighted to see them. When supplying your images please ensure they are at least 700px wide. We love details, so be sure to include shots of the special touches used on the day like flowers, cake, decor and of course the stationery! Due to the volume of images received we cannot guarantee publication of all submissions.
